A healthy/functioning core has more to do with inter-abdominal pressure (IAP) than aesthetics. In this workshop, I’ll teach you how to sense the mechanics of your abdomen, so you can do things like hold a plank, jump, lift, and carry loads safely. We’ll start with your breath and we’ll carry that through training in a functional way. I’ll teach you what a functional core routine looks like and feels like. You’ll learn to integrate breathing into your movement so you can train your core to look good, feel great, and function well.
