In this series we explore the drill scales, skills for asymmetrical hip movement, landing & rhythm around the topic of running
preparation & motivation.

 

(2) Primal Vinyasa for Runners with Alice McGuigan
In this series we explore the drill, functional glutes, skills for activating your gluteus medius, maximus and minimus muscles around the topic of post-running integration.

 

(3) Primal Vinyasa for Runners with Alice McGuigan
In this series we explore the drill lunge clocks, skills for finding fluid, free movement and coordination with blanket slides around the topic of strength in motion; an anytime practice for runners.

Alice teaches primal vinyasa and yoga online, and runs classes, workshops and retreats in the UK where she is based.
When she isn’t moving and teaching, she is writing biographies or organising community events & the Earth Living Festival.
