Skills & Drills Workshop Series: Workshops are broken down into 20 minute videos. Each individual series has a specific focus.

(1) Progressing with Primal Vinyasa: Wheel Push-ups with Dina Crosta

In this sequence we explore how to coordinate the periphery of the body (arms and legs) to lift up and down against gravity. We progress this skill towards Wheel Push-Ups.

This practice utilizes 2 blocks, a blanket, a Primal Vinyasa Danda (or a broomstick as an equivalent), the floor as a sliding surface and some wall space.

(2) Progressing with Primal Vinyasa: Bolster Handstands with Dina Crosta

In this sequence we explore how to coordinate the periphery of the body (arms and legs) to lift up and down against gravity. We progress this skill towards Bolster Handstands.

This practice utilizes 2 blocks, 2 bolsters, and some wall space.

(3) Progressing with Primal Vinyasa: Transition from 1/2 Primal Squat to One Leg Crow with Dina Crosta.

In this sequence we explore how to coordinate the periphery of the body (arms and legs) to lift up and down against gravity. We explore this skill as we move our way into Eka Pada Bakasana (One Leg Crow).

This practice utilizes 2 blocks, a blanket, and the floor as a sliding surface.
